CrossFit Classes produce exceptional results by effectively combining strength and conditioning movements such as power lifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing. CrossFit is the program of choice for many police officers, firefighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, military personnel, triathletes, and everyday people looking to improve their fitness and quality of life. Our classes are universally scalable, meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or fitness. Sessions focus on proper execution of all movements to achieve an all-round level of cardio fitness, strength and stamina. To maximize results we suggest 2-3 days consecutive training followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and physical recovery.

If you are visiting the area for business or leisure and want to drop-in for a session we would love to see you! Give us a call or drop us an email to book into one of our classes. Single sessions are $20 or $50 a week for extended stays.
OUR CLASSES
Every class at CrossFit Coveted is based on proven methodology to give you a safe, effective and fun workout every single time. Lead by our experienced trainers, each functional movement you learn and practice will be custom tailored to your ability level. As your skills grow, so will the intensity of your workout.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines functional movements with high-intensity interval training to improve cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, and many other aspects of physical fitness. Our CrossFit classes incorporate Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, calisthenics and strongman exercises. Every workout is different so you’ll never get bored. We scale each workout to your current fitness level to give you a workout that is challenging, but achievable.
Miss a workout, looking to work on some skills, or your schedule’s too hectic to make regular classes? Open gym gives you the flexibility to get your workouts in, your way, and OUR EXPERIENCED MEMBERS HAVE 24-HOUR ACCESS TO THE GYM!
CrossFit Coveted is a USPA Certified Training Center, and we have coaches and athletes who hold state, American and world records in powerlifting. Whether your goal is basic training or competition prep, our coaches will provide detailed and expert instruction and programming to help you meet your goals.
All of our Olympic weightlifting classes are taught by USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coaches. These classes appeal to both new and seasoned lifters, as they cover everything from beginning to advanced elements of weightlifting. Group and private training is available. We are an official USAW Club that’s sent members to USAW Youth and Junior Nationals.
Want to train for a 5k or a 10k or get better at rowing? Try our endurance programming in addition to your CrossFit workouts.
Competition programming is available to advanced athletes for an additional fee.
