This is not a termination request.
You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason for a $20 per month fee. You may make this request once per calendar year. All holds will take effect on the first of the next month and will be for a minimum of 30 days. For instance, if, on January 14th, you request a 30 day hold, your account will be on hold from February 1st through March 1st.
Membership hold requests are available in 30, 60 and 90-day increments. If you would like to put your membership on hold for longer than 90 days, please indicate so under the “Reason for Membership Hold” section.
Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard written cancellation notice requirement as stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
